Preparing for your consultation with our Solicitor
Many people feel worried or apprehensive ahead of their first consultation with a Solicitor. We are fully aware of this, and all our staff from our Receptionist to our Solicitors will make every effort to put you at ease and make you feel comfortable.
From the first moment you speak to one of our Solicitors, we will listen carefully and with empathy and will only recommend advancing your case if we believe you have a valid cause of action.
We are aware that legal issues (including being injured in an accident or by medical negligence) can be hugely traumatic and a deeply upsetting event in your life.
Our Solicitors will manage the process entirely on your behalf. We will compile the information necessary for your case, including any relevant medical reports and we will manage and progress your claim as quickly as possible.
By allowing us to handle your claim on your behalf, you can focus on what is most important – your recovery or that of your family member or loved one.
We will normally ask you to bring the following information to your first consultation:
Passport and/or driver’s licence;
Utility Bill showing your home address (dated within the last six months);
PPS Number; and
Any papers or other materials
relevant to your case.
